Team, Scoreboard and Other Sponsorship Opportunities
Here are some options for you / your company to be part of the miracle as a sponsor:
# 1. Team Sponsor - we are looking for 14 - 16 sponsors (names on jerseys)
# 2. Team Sponsor + banner in our outfield
# 3. Scoreboard sponsors - help us fund our new $27,000 scoreboard

#1 and #2 Team sponsorships (14 to 16 available for the 2010 season):
Team only (no banner, just names on jerseys and cool braggin' rights):
$1,000 for corporate sponsor (1 year); $750 discounted price for 2 year deals
$ 500 for non-profit sponsor; $400 discounted price for 2 year deals
Team with banner:
$1,750 + 4X8 Outfield fence banner combo (new)
$1,700 + 4X8 Outfield fence banner combo (renewal with existing banner)
$1,500 + 4X4 Outfield fence banner combo (new)
$1,400 + 4X4 Outfield fence banner combo (renewal with existing banner)
NOTE: $200 less for a banners that run down a base line
#3. Scoreboard Sponsor options (see A - D):
A. Miracle League field main scoreboard sign sponsor (only 1 available):
- $25,000 payable over not more than the first 2 years of a 6 year sponsorship.
- Would include the sign on the scoreboard (to the right of the video screen)
- Includes a 4 X 4 Miracle League field fence banner and a half page in the Bennett Book.
- Sponsor would also receive 4 hours a week on the lighted video sign and also shown during each of the West Metro Miracle League games.
B. Miracle League field sloped vinyl dugout covers with company logo on the top side of both:
- $25,000 payable over not more than the first 2 years of a 6 year deal for both vinyl dugout covers.
C. Miracle League field scoreboard sign sponsor in the lower right hand corner of the sign (only 1 available):
- $15,000 payable up front for a 3 year sponsorship or $12,000 for a 2 year sponsorship.
D. Miracle League field scoreboard video sign sponsors (only 4 available):
- $5,000 payable up front for a 1 year deal or $10,000 for a 3 year sponsorship.
- Sponsor would receive 4 hours a week on the video sign and in addition, also be shown during each of the West Metro Miracle League games.
- A multiple year deal would also include a 4 X 4 Miracle League field fence banner.
#4 Miracle League field banners:
4 X 8 Outfield Fence
$1,000 minimum (new)
$900 minimum (renewal with existing banner or down a base line for only $700)
4 X 4 Outfield Fence
$750 minimum (new)
$700 minimum (renewal with existing banner or down a base line for only $500)
NOTE: All proceeds from the sale of banners on the Miracle League field goes to BFP so as to provide BFP income to reimburse West Metro Miracle League for its game fees and for future capital improvement needs. The cost of the banner production is also BFPs.
